Ingredients

  • 300 g tomato (s), small, fully ripe
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder, or a fresh clove
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk or cream
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella, also cut into slices. Place the tomato slices in a circle on two plates with the mozzarella slices in between. Spread the basil leaves over the top.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and whisk gently. Then spread over the tomato and mozzarella slices.
  3. Freshly baked baguette tastes good with it.
