Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 3 onion (s), red
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 0.75 ¾ Bunch basil
  • 90 ml olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. First the tomatoes are washed and cut into small pieces as desired. Personally, I only cut them in half because they stay a little crunchy that way.
  2. Then cut the onions into small pieces - also chop the chives and basil. Now you can bring the mozzarella to a bite-sized size.
  3. Then all the ingredients are mixed in a large bowl. There are also olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs from Provence. Finally, season the salad with pepper, salt and a good pinch of sugar. A night in the fridge is good for him!
