  • 4 cans tomatoes, peeled, approx. 80 g each
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • Sherry
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Sauté the bacon and the diced onion in the clarified butter and deglaze with the red wine. Add the peeled tomatoes and the tomato paste and puree.
  2. Let the soup simmer for at least 2 hours and season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sherry and sugar.
