Ingredients

  • 24 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sherry, fino (possibly more)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut off a lid on the smooth side. Hollow out with a small spoon.
  2. Drain the tuna. Finely chop shallots and sauté in butter until soft. Puree with the tuna in a blender.
  3. Finely chop the parsley, mix with the mayonnaise and sherry. Salt, pepper strongly, fill into the tomatoes. Put the lids on it.
