Ingredients

  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g cream
  • 90 g rusks (8-10 slices)
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, grated

  • some pepper
  • some herbs your choice, chopped
  • some butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the tomatoes with the cream, season with salt and pepper and season with herbs. Wash the zucchini and slice or cut into thin slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin pieces or roughly slice. Place half of the rusk pieces in the mold, cutting the pieces to size if necessary. Then pour half of the tomato sauce on top. Cover with about 2/3 of the zucchini slices and place half of the mozzarella slices / pieces on top. Place the remaining rusks on top, then top with the rest of the tomato sauce and the remaining zucchini slices and mozzarella slices / pieces. Sprinkle with grated cheese as desired and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
