Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and then place in a buttered baking dish. Chop the mozzarella and mix with the tortellini. Cut the onion into small pieces, sauté and then add the chopped tomatoes. Season well with pepper, salt and Italian herbs, add a little tomato paste if necessary. Pour the sauce over the tortellini, sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 200 ° for 10-15 minutes.
