Ingredients

  • 2 packs tortellini, with meat filling
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion (s), peel and dice
  • 2 cloves garlic, peel and finely chop
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 carrots, peel and coarsely grate
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 2 cans tomato (s), (pieces)
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix, Italian
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package description!
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat vigorously, then add onions and garlic and fry, do not let them brown.
  3. Then add the grated carrots and fry briefly, stir in half a tube of tomato paste and deglaze with the meat stock.
  4. Add the tomato pieces and simmer over low heat.
  5. Add the spices to taste and simmer until the sauce has thickened a little!
  6. Arrange the tortellini on the plate and pour the Bolognese sauce over it!
