Ingredients

  • 2 packs processed cheese (herbs or normal)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 500 g tortellini (with meat fillin)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, heat the cream with the processed cheese and the tomatoes in a saucepan and melt the processed cheese completely while stirring constantly with the whisk. Bring to the boil briefly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce. Stir well, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
