Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), frozen or fresh
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 800 g tortellini, or tortelloni, from the refrierated counter, fillin as desired
  • 1 bunch dill can be left out
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, more or less to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, wash the salmon and pat dry and cut into even cubes. Clean the spring onions, dill and garlic. Cut the spring onions into rings, finely chop the dill and chop the garlic.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and heat it up. Fry the salmon for 4 minutes, turn the heat down a little. After 2 minutes add the garlic and after 3 minutes the spring onions.
  4. After 4 minutes, deglaze the salmon with 5 spoons of pasta water and add the sour cream with the dill. Depending on how much sauce you like, you can add more or less sour cream. Now season the sauce with salt and pepper. Always a little and try.

  6. If you like a little lemon with the fish, you can drizzle it over it afterwards.
  7. You can also add vegetables such as carrots or peppers to the sauce.
