Ingredients
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 bottle sauce (Texicana Salsa)
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion (s)
- 6 tortilla (s)
- 1 bag cheese, grated
- salt and pepper

- Sauté the onion, add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Cut the paprika into cubes and add. Add 1 can of corn to taste. Add the salsa and, if you like, soften the spiciness with sour cream.
- Briefly heat the tortillas in the microwave and brush with sour cream.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into small strips and place on the torillas. Spread the minced meat and salsa mixture on top, put some cheese on top and roll up.
- Depending on your taste, place the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and gratinate.
