  • white wine, drier

  • 0.5 ½ point herb butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. You take 4 pieces of aluminum foil, each of which can easily enclose the size of the trout and turn it up a little at the edge. Then you pour some olive oil on the aluminum foil and put the trout on it. Season the fish well inside and out with salt and pepper.
  2. Then you fill the fish with a couple of thin carrot slices, a couple of spring onions and chopped garlic (about half a clove each). Then put on each fish sliced herb butter and two thin lemon wedges (be careful - but not too much lemon. Otherwise the fish will be too sour!). Close the aluminum foil almost completely. Finally, put a good shot of white wine (not too little!) In the foil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes. Then it is best to also serve in aluminum foil, as a nice brew has formed.
  4. Boiled potatoes go well with it. Simply put in the aluminum foil and serve.
  5. Tip: You can make the fish over a campfire. Unfortunately, I cannot give an exact cooking time here. In between, just open the aluminum foil and see if it`s ready.
