  • 250 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 6 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon capers
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 bunch dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high bowl and mix with a hand blender to a smooth cream. Let it sit for at least an hour before you eat it.
  2. Good on baguette slices for the buffet or as a dip with cheese sticks or puff pastries. Lightning fast and delicious.
