Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons black tea
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cardamom
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ clove powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes with the heat turned down. Then add the milk and bring to the boil again briefly. Pour the tea through a sieve, add the honey and serve hot.
