Ingredients

  • 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 10 ml flavor (lemon oil)
  • 4 tablespoon paprika, sweet and spicy mixed
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence, dried
  • 1 tablespoon chilli (Pul Biber)
  • some thyme, fresher, chopped
  • some rosemary, fresher, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • meat your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and marinate the meat in them long enough (ideally a whole night). Tastes great with chops, pork schnitzel, chicken breast, pork medallions, etc.
