Tuna and Avocado Salad

A tuna and avocado salad is prepared in minutes, but the taste of the salad will impress any gourmet.

Ingredients
- Canned tuna, salad (in its own juice) – 150 g
- Large avocado (ripe, soft) – 1 pc.
- Fresh cucumber, large – 1 pc.
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil of the highest quality – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Remove the pulp from both avocado halves, taking care not to damage the skin.
- It is better to carry out the procedure for processing avocados with a special ice cream spoon, which has rather sharp edges.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices (you can pre-peel the cucumber).
- Finely chop the avocado pulp, pour with lemon juice, stir.
- Throw the tuna from the jar onto a sieve to glass the liquid. Put the tuna in a bowl, add the avocado and cucumber there. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, mix well.
- The tuna and avocado salad is ready. In the form of “salad bowls” you can use the remaining halves of the avocado.
