- 1 packet baking mix for pizza dough
- 2 cans tuna, in oil
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 1 cup crème fraîche, reduced fat
- 1 packet mozzarella, grated
- 2 onions)
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- salt and pepper

- Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out on a greased round sheet or baking tin.
- Cut the onions into rings and sauté lightly in the oil. Drain the oil from the tuna can and mix with the onions. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
- Spread the tomatoes on the pizza base, place the mozzarella slices on top, drizzle the crème fraîche over them with a spoon, add the tuna with the onions and spread the crème fraîche over the top again. Season everything with salt and pepper and finally top with the grated mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (200 ° C top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
