Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks approx. 200 g each
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 1 small salad (Novita)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g olives, mixed
  • 1 handful basil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the tuna steaks with cold water, pat dry and place on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, chill.
  2. Wash and drain the lettuce. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Turn half of the tomatoes in it, remove.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic, mix with the olives, lettuce and the remaining tomatoes and serve.
  5. Rinse and drain the basil.
  6. Fry the tuna on both sides in 2 tablespoons of oil - only 1 minute or through (6 minutes), depending on your preference.
  7. Arrange on the salad. Spread the remaining tomatoes with basil on the fish.
