Instructions

  1. Chop the kernels in the TM or mill. Mix all ingredients except the sesame with a hand blender or in the TM until creamy. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the mixture solidifies.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls. Roll the balls in sesame seeds and warm them up very gently, either in the microwave or in the oven, then place them on lettuce leaves or place one ball on each of a peeled orange slice. Garnish with balsamic cream.
  3. There are no limits to the imagination for the decoration and the sesame can also be roasted briefly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
