Ingredients

  • 200 g tuna, fresher
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled oil, (peanut oil)
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground, black
  • some coriander, freshly ground
  • some lime juice

Instructions

  1. Season the tuna with salt, pepper and coriander and drizzle with a little lime juice.
  2. Heat a heavy pan and add the peanut oil. Fry the tuna steak for about 2-3 minutes every minute.
  3. A fiery, fruity dip, a salad and a piece of baguette go well with it.
