Ingredients
- 600 g applesauce
- 2 cups cream (00 g)
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 2 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon powder
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Then mix the applesauce with the cinnamon and the vanilla sugar and then fold in the stiff cream.
- Place in the fridge for about 1 hour and then serve. Tip: Can also be made from leftover applesauce (use leftovers).
