Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 120 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped marjoram, dried
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 500 g round turkey
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix the low-fat quark with mustard, egg, Emmentaler, onion and garlic cubes, herbs and spices in a bowl. Then knead in the minced turkey and breadcrumbs. If there is not enough binding, use a little more breadcrumbs.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking foil or baking paper. Shape the mixture into meatballs, place on the prepared tray and bake for about 25 minutes.
