  • 1 turkey breast
  • a little broccoli, pre-cooked (leftovers)
  • some feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 6 stalks asparagus, green
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast so that after filling you can roll it up like a roulade. Fill with a little broccoli and feta cheese, roll up as a roulade and secure with kitchen twine. Sear them in a pan in olive oil on all sides and cook in the oven at 100 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. Sweat the finely chopped onion and the clove of garlic in the frying fat, deglaze with white wine and vegetable stock. Thicken with sour cream and season with pepper, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Cook the asparagus in salted water as usual. Serve with the turkey breast. I recommend rice as a side dish.
