Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast, diced
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 3 teaspoon curry
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot
  • 1 teaspoon chives, dried powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • oregano
  • Parsley, powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into 3-4 cm cubes and fry with a little oil. Also cut the onions into cubes and fry them.
  2. Catch the juice of the peaches in a vessel and cut the peaches into strips. Then add to the turkey breast. Deglaze with 200ml of sweet cream and add the spices. Let the whole thing boil quietly for about 20 minutes. If it gets too thick, dilute with the peach juice. Depending on your preferences, the amount of curry can also be increased.
  3. Rice or noodles go well with it.
