  • 750 g turkey breast
  • oil
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 5 tablespoon peach juice
  • 700 g peach (s), canned
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey breast into cubes and fry in oil, season with a little salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Steam the coarsely chopped onions in the frying fat and then spread them on the meat. Put the cream in the pan. Stir in the curry, ketchup, tomato paste and the peach juice. Possibly season a little again.
  2. Roughly dice the peach halves and spread over the meat. Pour the sauce over it and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  3. Rice tastes good with it.
