Ingredients

  • 1 port. Noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 200 g turkey meat
  • 100 g Chinese cabbae
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Let the Mie noodles steep in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Chop the turkey meat, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and dice the onion.
  3. Fry the turkey meat and onion cubes, add the noodles. Season generously with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pour a clumped egg over it and let it set.
  4. Finally add the Chinese cabbage, let the lid stew for a few minutes.
