Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 small Can / s apricot (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 80 g cheese, medium-aed Gouda cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- thyme

- Preheat the oven to 225 °.
- Cut the turkey breast into fine strips and marinate with the soy sauce.
- Cut the cleaned spring onions into pieces and dice the apricots.
- Heat the oil and fry the meat in small portions, frying the spring onions with them, remove them. Finally sauté the fruit in the pan and add to the meat.
- Season with the spices salt, pepper and thyme and put everything in an ovenproof dish.
- Whip the cream until semi-stiff, mix with curry and spread over the strips. Pour the cheese over it and bake for 10 minutes.
