Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple while collecting the juice.
  2. Let the butter melt in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk well with a whisk. Pour in the milk and stir everything well. Let everything cook until the sauce is thick. Then add the curry, salt and pineapple juice and cook the sauce for 5 minutes while stirring. Cover the pot and put it to one side.
  3. Cut the turkey meat into narrow strips. Mix the flour, curry and salt in a bowl. Add the meat and mix everything together well. Let the oil get hot in a pan and add the meat and let it fry
  4. Then add the meat with the drained pineapple to the sauce and simmer for another five minutes.
  5. Rice tastes good with it.
