Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast in small cubes
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 glass lettuce (Puszta salad), large or 2 small (for pickled preserves)
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 ml white wine (vegetable stock for children)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • pepper
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Briefly sear the turkey meat, diced into small pieces. Add the diced onion and fry. Add drained mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Drain the juice of the Puszza salad and add the salad to the pan. Let it heat up for 3 minutes while stirring, then pour in the wine or broth and stir in the cream. Season with granulated broth and pepper and stir in the parsley. Thicken if desired with a little sauce thickener (e.g. Mondamin).
  2. Rice or pasta of all kinds goes well with it. A quick feast even on Sundays.
