Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey escalope
  • 4 slices boiled ham, small (or 2 large ones cut in half)
  • 2 tomato (s), possibly also 3
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 125 g mozzarella, sliced
  • 80 g cheese, rated Gouda or Parmesan
  • olive oil
  • a lot oregano
  • little thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly oil the turkey schnitzel, season with salt and pepper. Place in a microwave-safe casserole dish (without a lid). Spread the boiled ham and tomato slices on top. Salt and pepper.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes at 600 watts and grill (medium setting).
  3. Top with basil leaves, then with mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and a little thyme. Spread the grated cheese on top. Bake for another 7 minutes at 600 watts and grill (medium setting). Leave to stand for another 3 minutes in the switched-off device.
