- 1 m turkey escalope
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 4 hot peppers, green
- 50 g sheep cheese, (possibly also liht)
- 1 teaspoon pesto, green
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, good
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Mediterranean

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Salt and pepper the turkey schnitzel and place in a small baking dish. Core the pepper and cut into strips. Halve tomatoes. Remove the stem from the peppers. Dice the sheep cheese.
- Spread the prepared vegetables and cheese over the schnitzel. Drizzle with the pesto and olive oil. Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Mediterranean herbs as required.
- Bake in the top for 25 minutes.
- You can also vary with capers, onions, olives and zucchini.
