Ingredients

  • 2 turkey schnitzel, thin
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 sliced tomato (s)
  • 6 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

  1. Knock the turkey schnitzel a little flat (works well with a pan) and distribute the same amount of sheep`s cheese on each schnitzel, place the tomato slices and basil leaves on top and roll each into a roulade. Fix with a toothpick or string. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in a pan with olive oil. Fry for about 4 minutes on all sides, until the schnitzel is crispy. Now put it in the oven at around 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Salad and baguette go well with it.
