  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • some cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put the schnitzel (not too big, divide if necessary) in a baking dish. Frozen vegetables on top. Mix a little cream with cornstarch, then add the remaining ingredients, season the sauce to taste and pour over the meat and vegetables. Baked at 180 ° for about 60 minutes. Attention: Turkey breast schnitzel, do not use the so-called medallions, they take longer!
