  • 500 g beans, reen
  • liter ⅛ olive oil
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ water

Instructions

  1. Wash the beans and remove the threads.
  2. Heat the olive oil, sauté 3 grated (!) Tomatoes and 2 grated (!) Onions in it (approx. 5 minutes).
  3. Heat the salt, sugar and water, add the beans and cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. In Turkey, the dish is served almost cold and, in fact, it tastes better when it`s cooled down.
