Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), waxy
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 0.5 ½ cup olives, green
- 0.5 ½ cup capers
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste, Turkish (Salça)
- 5 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small bunch parsley
- salt and pepper

- Peel, dice and cook the potatoes. Finely dice the onion and chop the parsley.
- For the sauce, stir the tomato salça with the water and olive oil in a bowl until smooth, add the juice of half a lemon, pepper and season to taste.
- Mix the cooked potato cubes with the sauce, stir in the onion pieces. Halve the olives and add to the potatoes with the capers and chopped parsley. Enjoy it warm or cold.
