  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g yourt, Turkish cream yourt
  • 25 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Paprika powder isot

Instructions

  1. Put fresh sheep`s cheese as soft as possible with Turkish cream yoghurt in a blender jar. Drain the dried tomatoes in the seasoning oil and add to the sheep`s cheese. Add tomato paste and freshly squeezed garlic.
  2. Finely puree the Turkish sheep`s cheese cream with a hand mixer and add a little Turkish isot paprika to taste. Salt is not required as the sheep cheese is already salty enough.
  3. Turkish sheep cheese cream tastes very good with fresh flatbread or pan-fried and grilled foods.
