Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 40 g rice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop tomatoes. Cut the leek into 1 cm thick slices, halve the onion and cut into slices. Cut the carrots into slices.
  2. Fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Add onions, tomatoes and tomato paste and fry.
  3. Add the meat stock, leek, carrots and rice and simmer over medium heat with the lid closed for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  5. 230 Kcal per serving.
