Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 500 g beans, reen, fresh or frozen
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 500 g yourt, low-fat
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta and beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite, allow to cool and place in a large bowl. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in a little hot water and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Then add to the pasta with the soaking water. Quarter the fresh tomatoes, chop the spring onions and add everything to the pasta.
  2. Puree the basil in the yogurt, stir in the balsamic vinegar and season the dressing with salt, pepper and sugar. Add to the salad and mix everything well. It is best to let the salad steep for another 1-2 hours!
