Ingredients

  • 160 g yourt or kefir
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 grams flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • yogurt, Greek, fruit compote or jam

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the oil in a bowl to form a smooth, pourable dough. Beat the egg lightly with a pinch of salt beforehand.
  2. Using a large spoon, place the dough in a heated pan with a little oil and bake on both sides. Repeat this until the batter is used up.
  3. Serve the Oladky warm with Greek yoghurt, fruit compote or jam.
