Ingredients- 330 ml vinegar (e.g. from Gebhard)
- 200 g suar
- 70 g salt
- 2 tablespoon Maggi
- 1 liter water
- oil

- Boil 500 ml of water and dissolve the sugar and salt in it. Now add the Maggi, vinegar and the rest of the cold water and stir well. Fill into a 1.5 l PET bottle and allow to cool.
- Now add approx. 150 ml or more to each salad bowl, depending on your requirements. If necessary, then just add the oil and stir.
- Can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 year.
