  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • possibly onion (s), diced or cut into fine, half slices
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. If you have new potatoes, you can leave the skin on. Halve or quarter the potatoes depending on their size.
  2. Heat a large pan with oil and sear the potatoes over high heat for 8 minutes. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and cook with the lid closed for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Open the lid, season the potatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes. If you want, you can add a few onions after the 15 minutes.
