- 4 tablespoon cherry (s), dried
- 8 tablespoon amaretto
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 50 g suar, finer brown
- 1 liter white wine, dry
- Maple syrup, or honey to taste

- Place the cherries in 4 heat-resistant glasses and pour 2 tablespoon amaretto over each. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Let the wine, sugar, vanilla sugar and the scraped pulp simmer gently in a saucepan for about 5 minutes. Pour into the glasses with the cherries and sweeten with maple syrup or honey to taste.
