Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Custard powder, (vanilla)
  • 45 g suar
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 4 apples
  • liters ⅛ water
  • 15 g suar
  • 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon jam (cranberry)

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with 45 g sugar and a little milk until smooth. Then make a pudding with the rest of the milk according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Wash and peel the apples and cut out the core. Make a brew from water, 15 g sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon juice and steam the apples in it until soft.
  3. Then divide the apples on 4 plates. Fill each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam, then pour equal parts of the pudding over the apples.
