Vanilla Chia Pudding with Fruit

Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a small bowl. Then add the chia seeds and a few drops of vanilla extract to the milk and stir everything together. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours to allow the chia seeds to swell and create a pudding.
  2. Just before eating, stir the pudding well with my whisk until all the lumps have dissolved and a smooth mass has formed. Cut the selected fruit into small pieces and place on the chia pudding.
  3. The pure pudding can be kept in the refrigerator for a week. You can use soy milk, almond milk or cow`s milk, depending on which milk you prefer.
  4. Personally, I like to eat the pudding with cow`s milk for breakfast and prepare it the evening before.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
