Ingredients
- 20 medium pear (s)
- 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- sugar
- possibly glucose
- possibly honey
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 packs powdered sauce, vanilla, or 1/ pack vanilla pudding powder
- water
- 25 grains allspice

- Peel and quarter the pears, remove the core and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large saucepan, just cover the pear pieces with water
- Add allspice grains, sugar as desired, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and cook with the lid on for at least an hour.
- Mix the starch powder and the vanilla sauce powder with the aroma and some cold water in a cup and add to the boiling liquid, stir well. Season to taste with sugar / glucose / honey and let simmer if necessary.
- Ice cream or vanilla pudding tastes good with it.
