Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), scraped or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract powder
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 350 ml cream
  • 360 ml schnapps (grain) (at 34%)
  • 1 packet pudding powder, vanilla for cold mixing

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, powdered sugar and cream in a blender until frothy.
  2. Then slowly add the grain.
  3. Slowly add the pudding powder to the machine and beat it for a while until it is frothy.
  4. Fill and let it steep for about a day.
  5. Most of the time it just doesn`t last that long.
