Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 g yourt, vanilla (with bourbon vanilla)
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Then stir in the eggs one at a time.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and finally fold in together with the vanilla yoghurt.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured Gugelhupf pan and smooth it out.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  5. Dust them with a little icing sugar when they have cooled down.
