Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g plain yourt
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, quarter them, add 50 g of sugar, mix and refrigerate.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, 100 g sugar and the pulp of a fresh vanilla pod.
  3. Whip the cream and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Layer strawberries and mascarpone cream alternately in a dessert glass.
  5. Decorate with strawberries.
  6. The cream tastes best when it has been pulled through for 2-3 hours.
  7. Tip: You don`t need to throw the demarked vanilla pod in the trash, just put it in a jar with sugar and after two weeks you have the finest vanilla sugar.
