Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 150 g hazelnuts, (round)
  • 60 g suar

Instructions

  1. Made from milk, pudding powder, cornstarch and the 8 tablespoon. Sugar boil a pudding and let it cool.
  2. Melt the 60 g sugar and stir in the ground nuts.
  3. Let caramelize and set aside.
  4. Stir the cream and mascarpone into the pudding. The caramelized nuts except for 4 tablespoon. stir in.
  5. Fill into bowls and put in a cool place.
  6. Before serving, decorate with the remaining caramel nut mixture and a waffle.
