Ingredients

  • ml 1,000 milk
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg fruit your choice (cherries, strawberries, peaches, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Using the instructions, cook a vanilla pudding from the milk, the 6 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla pudding powder and let it cool down. Cover so that as little skin forms as possible.
  2. Mix the quark with the 4 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and 250 ml of milk.
  3. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
  4. Prepare the fruit, remove the pits depending on the variety and cut into small pieces.
  5. As soon as the pudding has cooled down, stir in the quark. Then fold in the whipped cream and fruit.
  6. (Depending on your taste, sweet ?!)
  7. Chill again for a while and then enjoy!
