  • 750 ml milk
  • 6 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, vanilla sugar, sugar and egg yolks together well in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Mix about 40g flour with about 4 tablespoons of water without lumps and also add to the saucepan. Cook for approx. 1 minute while stirring.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
